We can supply you with construction, industrial, or manufacturing applicants within an hour of your request. If you are not 100% satisfied with your placement, please notify us within four hours of the start time, and you will not be billed, or we can send a replacement immediately. Our staff and temporaries are on standby to assist you promptly.

When filling a temp-to-hire position, it is beneficial to work with a temporary employee as a test run before hiring. The applicants are recruited and screened according to your specifications, and you may interview as many as you wish.
Once you have made a decision, the candidate is placed on a 90-day temporary evaluation period. You will determine the candidate’s abilities and fit within your company during this period without committing to hiring.
If the candidate does not meet your expectations, we will send a replacement and honor the original start date’s turnover period. The applicant is available for hire with no further change to you once the turnover period is complete. Also, you may cancel your order at any time. This Temp-to-Hire program will reduce hiring risk.
